Before continuing to read this article, make sure to use the article on how to add Concur to Okta. Without this step, you will not be able to use SSO to sign in to the Concur Mobile app.
Description:
Concur uses Okta SSO to authenticate users. This is secure and convenient. Concur will use your Welk username and password to log you in.
Once signed into the app, do not sign out or else you will have to enter the company code again. Just close or "kill" the app.
Detailed Solution (step-by-step):
- Download the Concur Mobile App.
iOS
Android - Click on SSO Company Code Sign In
- Enter the Welk SSO company code
- Enter your username and password.
Note: you do not need to enter @welkgroup.com.
- You will be signed in to Concur now.
As stated above: Once signed into the app, do not sign out or else you will have to enter the company code again. Just close or "kill" the app.
