How To Enroll Corporate Issued iPhone in Intune – Information Technology

Detailed Solution:

Tap App Store
Search for Intune Company Portal
Tap Get or cloud icon with the downward pointing arrow
If prompted for an iTunes account password, please enter in the account password
If prompted for “Require password for additional purchases on this device?”, choose one selection
Tap Open
On Microsoft Sign In screen, type in user’s Welk email address and tap Next
Type in user’s network password and tap Sign in
On Setup Welk Resorts access, tap Begin
On Device management and your privacy, tap Continue
On Set up Welk Resorts access, tap Continue
On This website is trying to download a configuration profile, tap Allow
The Profile Downloaded pop up will appear, tap Close
Go to the Home screen, go to Settings>Profile Downloaded>tap Install
Enter in user’s iPhone passcode
Tap Install
On Warning screen, tap Install
On Remote Management pop up, tap Trust
On Profile Installed screen, tap Done
Go to the Home screen and scroll right to the last screen
After a few seconds, the App Installation pop up will appear, tap Install (this will install Outlook)
Open Comp Portal app
On Download management profile screen, tap Continue now
On You’re all set! Screen, tap Done
On Choose the best category for this device, tap Corporate Owned and tap Continue
On Get notified so you don’t lose access, tap Ok
On “Comp Portal” Would Like to Send you Notification pop up screen, tap Allow
If “Enjoying Comp Portal” pop up appears, tap Not Now
Go to the Home screen and open Outlook app once it completes Installing
User’s Welk email address should already appear on the screen, tap Add Account
On Would you like to add another account? Screen, tap Maybe Later
The screen will now show the user’s Welk emails
On Enable Notifications screen, tap Turn On
On “Outlook Would like to Send You Notifications” pop up, tap Allow
The mobile configuration is now complete.
