Description of Service:
Many of our large Xerox machines have the ability to enable 'secure' print. What this means is that when you are sending a document to a Xerox to print, it will not print out right away and the document will wait to print until you come to the machine and enter a secure passcode known only by you. Using this service allows you to print to shared machines without the ability of anyone else taking the printed document. As Xerox machines cost less per printed page (compared to personal printers), this is the ideal method of accomplishing security and cost savings for Welk.

Most Xerox machines have this capability. You will know if this option is already enabled on a Xerox machine as when you attempt to print, it will ask you to establish or confirm a secure passcode.
How to Request Service:
