Description of Service:
All of our resorts have what is called a hospitality phone system that services guest rooms. Guests can use their in room phone to call other guest rooms, the front desk, food and beverage venues, housekeeping and the like. Because of this, operational departments at each resort have phones that operate on the same system, providing a seamless communication experience for the property. Voicemail is included with each of these systems so that messages can be left whenever necessary.

Resorts are the only properties which have this service. Each resort has a different hospitality phone system but all have the basic functionality and access listed here.
How to Request Service:
Team members needing assistance with hospitality phone systems are encouraged to enter a ticket through the IT Service Desk.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Please provide an accurate description of what you need done on your phone system. For example, if a guest room phone is not working properly, what room is experiencing the challenge, what steps did you take to troubleshoot, etc.
General Turnaround Time:
In many cases, the IT department requests assistance with a hospitality phone system partner, who maintains expertise for the individual resorts system. Requests are typically handled within 7 days, unless the challenge is of high impact nature.
