Description of Service:
Microsoft Outlook relies on team members Windows username's and passwords to be active and valid. If a team member has a disabled computer account or their password is expired, they will have login/access challenges with Outlook.
Generally Applies to:
This can happen to any team member who has a Welk email address.
How to Request Service:

Team Member Responsibilities:
Often times, this challenge is avoidable so long as team members are regularly changing their passwords, before their passwords expire.
