Description of Service:
A contact group (formerly called a "distribution list") is a collection of email addresses. You can use a contact group to send an email message or meeting invitation to all the addresses at once. You can include contact groups in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and in other contact groups.

Team members accessing their Welk email with Microsoft Outlook on a Welk provided computer
How to Request Service:
Do you need to create, change, or delete a distribution list? Click the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of this page to initiate your request.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Log in to your Welk email account using Microsoft Outlook installed on a Welk provided computer.
General Turnaround Time:
Requests are typically handled within 7 days, unless the challenge is of high impact nature.
