Description of Service:
On occasion, a team member may need access to another team members account. This is typically done when a team member is leaving and another is assuming responsibilities until a replacement is found.
Generally Applies to:
This situation could happen any team member who has computer account(s) to perform daily work tasks. Approval for access to other users accounts must come from the team member's manager or through HR.
How to Request Service:
Do you need access to another user's account? HR team members and managers and above can click the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of this page to initiate the request.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Roles and responsibilities from the outcome of this service lie between the team member and their manager. While IT is capable of providing access to systems, the actual use of the systems must have a clear definition between the manager and team member.
General Turnaround Time:
We typically provide access to other user accounts in a couple of days depending on the nature of the access request.
