SSRS stands for SQL Server Reporting Services. It’s Microsoft’s tool to connect end users to data via pre-built Web-based reports. It's ideal for tabular (rows/columns) reporting.
- SSRS Reports must be run from Internet Explorer or Edge. The reports will NOT render in Chrome.
- You must be on a Welk Network or VPN in order to access Crystal Reports.
Features & Benefits:
No need to connect to a TSW Server to run reports. They can be run directly from the web browser.
Automation schedules can be set up for any report to be emailed or dropped into a network folder on a recurring basis.
Who can use it:
How do I get it:
If you need access to an SSRS report, please submit a Service Desk ticket by clicking the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of this page, and direct it towards the Business Intelligence Team.
Within the ticket, the BI team will need to know which of the following "Folders" you need access to:
- Front Desk
- Owner Services
- Payroll/Commissions *
* Based on your request, we might need Manager/Director level approval, but we’ll let you know within the ticket.
