Description of Service:
Corporate wireless internet access is available to team members who have laptops purchased through the IT department. Using this service will allow team members to have internet access as well as network access to such applications as TimeShareWare and Epicor. Team members typically use this when taking their laptops to meeting rooms, where they can continue working.
This service will automatically start when a team member has logged into their company issued laptop with valid Windows credentials. There is no general password available to connect to this service because only those with Welk computer login's can connect.
Generally Applies to:
This service is generally available at all Welk properties, however coverage can vary (resorts for example, do not have it available in guest rooms, but have it in administrative buildings).

Team Member Responsibilities:
Ensure that you are attempting to access the corporate WiFi using a laptop issued by the IT department. Corporate WiFi is not supported on personal devices.
General Turnaround Time:
If you are having a challenge connecting to corporate WiFi, we typically can resolve within 24 hours of acknowledgement, provided you are trying to connect where there is coverage.
