Description of Service:
Welk allows team members to take care of their own printer supply inventory as well as report physical printer challenges (paper jams for example) directly to applicable parties to ensure speedy service.
Generally Applies to:
All team members who utilize printers.
How to Request Service:
If you are in need of paper for a printer, please see your office manager or the team member your department has delegated to order office supplies.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Team members are responsible for installing the printers they use for their daily work tasks. Team members are also responsible for reporting physical printer challenges (paper jams, errors displayed on the printer, etc) to MRC.
General Turnaround Time:
If you are having a challenge with installing a printer, we can assist. Depending on the impact of the challenge we typically respond within a couple of days.
