Description of Service:
Welk allows team members to add their own printer connections for the purposes of printing work related material.
Generally Applies to:
All team members who can login to a Welk computer.
How to Request Service:
If you are having challenges installing a printer and are in need of assistance, please let us know.
If the printer is installed but you are still unable to print, there may be a challenge with the machine itself. In this case, you may have to contact MRC.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Team members are responsible for installing the printers they use for their daily work tasks. Team members are also responsible for reporting physical printer challenges (paper jams, errors displayed on the printer, etc) to MRC.
General Turnaround Time:
If you are having a challenge with installing a printer, we can assist. Depending on the impact of the challenge we typically respond within a couple of days.
