Welk has several models of tablets used across the enterprise for various purposes.
Here are some examples:
- AMS Tablets - Used for lead generation
- Generator Tablets - Used for the selling process
- iPads - used for various TV applications

If you are in one of the listed programs above, you may be issued one of these devices to complete your daily responsibilities.
How to Request Service:
Do you need to purchase a tablet? Click the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of this page to initiate your request.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Team members that are issued tablets need to ensure that proper care and handling procedures are followed at all times. Make sure the device is clean by wiping with a dry soft cloth and precautions should be made to avoid dropping or otherwise damaging the device.
If the device is broken, the team member's department will be responsible for providing a budget code to replace.
General Turnaround Time:
We can typically fix software challenges on devices within 5 days. The purchase of new devices will vary depending on the program the device belongs to.
