Description of Service:
Headsets are available for use on Welk phone systems. These headsets are useful when a team member needs to be on the phone for extended periods of time or those times when hands are needed to complete other tasks while on a phone call.
Generally Applies to:
All team members who use a phone to complete their work tasks.
How to Request Service:
Do you need to purchase a headset? Click the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of this page to initiate your request.
Team Member Responsibilities:
New headset purchases will require a budget code. Please be sure to have a budget code prior to opening a ticket as it will be needed to charge against.
Team members need to make sure that existing headsets have all of their cables plugged in securely, including any power cables which may be used on certain models to provide functionality.
General Turnaround Time:
Purchase fulfillment can take 5-7 days while troubleshooting challenges can happen typically withing a couple of days, depending on team member availability.
